The
Zoning Enforcement Officer visits the Town Municipal Offices daily to
receive messages and assignments. He will return phone messages and meet
with residents and business owners, as needed, to answer questions and
review zoning applications.
The Zoning Enforcement
Officer is appointed by the Town Board and reviews and approves or
denies zoning permit applications. He will also scale and
interpret zone boundaries on zoning maps and will issue stop-work orders
for noncompliance with the Town Zoning Laws. He will also refer
appropriate appeal matters to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
